Terms and Conditions – isb7 Online Gaming Platform

01 General Terms

Welcome to isb7, an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at isb7.fun. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and isb7 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing or using any part of isb7.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

isb7 provides access to casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo and related services. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and isb7.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. 02 Eligibility

To register and use isb7, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. isb7 is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own personal details – not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of isb7 or any related organisation.
• You must not already hold an active isb7 account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must be registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only – not as part of any professional or commercial betting operation.

isb7 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If verification cannot be completed, access to your account may be restricted until the process is resolved. This is standard practice for all online gaming platforms and is done to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of all players.

Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.

03 Account Rules

Each player may hold only one account on isb7. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your login credentials private and do not share your username or password with anyone. isb7 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

• You must provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Notify isb7 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other individual.

isb7 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we believe the account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms, poses a risk to other players or compromises the integrity of the platform.

To close your account voluntarily, contact isb7 support directly. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal manner, provided all verification requirements have been met.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on isb7 are processed in PKR. We support the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method and are shown clearly before you confirm any transaction. isb7 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges – check with your wallet or bank before depositing.

• Funds must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your isb7 PKR balance once the payment provider confirms the transaction.
• isb7 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits as part of standard verification procedures.
• Do not attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit – fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from isb7 are paid out in PKR to the payment method you used for your most recent deposit, or another verified method registered to your account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.

isb7 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. The PKR amount you request is the amount dispatched to your wallet or bank account. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are outside isb7's control.

• You must complete account verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your account dashboard.
• isb7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa cashouts are typically the fastest; bank transfers may vary.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending if additional verification is required or if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.

If your withdrawal request is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact isb7 support with your account details and transaction reference. We will investigate and update you as quickly as possible.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

isb7 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches and other promotional rewards to players from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through coordinated play, multiple accounts or any form of bonus abuse.
• isb7 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any associated winnings if abuse is detected.
• Bonuses have expiry periods – unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after the stated validity window closes.
• isb7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Games & Betting

isb7 provides access to a range of online games including slots, live casino tables, table games, bingo, and sports betting markets. Game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of real-world events.

Sports betting at isb7 covers cricket – including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments – as well as Football and Esports. Odds are subject to change up until market closure. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All bets are placed at your own risk. isb7 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect selections.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, the round or bet in question may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your balance.
• isb7 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error or affected by system issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market – these are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• Attempting to exploit game errors, glitches or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on isb7. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited and may be reported where required by applicable law.

• Registering more than one account or using someone else's account.
• Providing false identity information, a false date of birth or fraudulent documentation.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or use bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated or systematic exploitation across multiple accounts.
• Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to misrepresent your identity or location.

10 Privacy & Data

isb7 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

The information we collect – including your name, contact details, payment information and gaming activity – is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud and communicate important account updates with you.

• Payment details are handled securely and are not stored in full on isb7 servers.

11 Limitation of Liability

isb7 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime and a smooth gaming experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• isb7 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end.
• isb7 is not responsible for financial losses arising from your own gaming decisions.
• In the event of a verifiable system error affecting game outcomes, our liability is limited to returning the wagered amount to your balance.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of the platform.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation would be unlawful.

12 Changes to These Terms

If you continue to use isb7 after updated Terms have been published, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
